4. Laboratory Testing When Required

Laboratory testing is carried out according to the commodity type or customer requirements.

Laboratory reports are provided when testing is carried out.

If parameters do not meet the required standards, the shipment is not released and a replacement BIO commodity is arranged immediately.

Clear commodity origin is part of the ALMATORA quality system, which we refer to as the ALMATORA Origin Record. It is not a separate certificate or official document, but part of our internal documentation and traceability system.
This system allows us to record and track key information about each delivery, such as:

harvest year and origin

type of farming (organic / conventional)

available laboratory analyses (if carried out)
