Right of Access

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is processed and, if so, access to information regarding:

  • purposes of processing,

  • categories of personal data,

  • recipients,

  • retention period,

  • your rights,

  • source of the data,

  • existence of automated decision-making.

You are entitled to receive a copy of your personal data. The first copy is free of charge.

 

Right to Rectification

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

 

Right to Erasure

You have the right to request deletion if:

  • the data is no longer necessary,

  • processing is unlawful,

  • you object and no overriding legitimate grounds exist,

  • deletion is required by law.

 

Right to Restriction of Processing

You may request restriction of processing, particularly while verification of contested data is pending.

 

Right to Object

You may object to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing.
